ROB KNIGHT

Rob is the Head of Global Business Services at Barings (GBS), which provides the operating platform for the investment management and other support teams. Rob is a non-executive director on the board of East London Business Alliance and is passionate about student mentoring, believing that young people can be inspired to realise their full potential when they have first-hand exposure to the achievements of others, who have worked within an asset management firm like Barings. In 2007 she co-founded the award-winning Barings’ ‘See the Possibilities’ (#BaringsStP) student programme, which mentors college and university students in building a career in financial services. Prior to joining Barings, Rob led a London-based fiduciary risk management team for Citigroup
