BARONESS HELENA MORRISSEY

Baroness Morrissey is a British financier who was Chief Executive of Newton Investment Management for 15 years. She founded the 30% Club in 2010 to improve the gender balance of UK boards; there are now no all-male boards in the FTSE350 and the proportion of female directors has risen from less than 10% to 34%. There are now seventeen 30% Clubs throughout the world. Helena chairs the Diversity Project, is a trustee of the Lady Garden Foundation and Lead Non-Executive Director at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
