10,000 Black Interns was founded to open doors and unlock access to opportunities for bright young talent.

Sign up and confirm how many interns you wish to hire for the next season. Your pledge to the programme will include how many interns you wish to take on, and in which work-streams and which UK based locations.

APRIL-OCT

Review submissions via our ATS, Pinpoint

You will receive a slate of candidates interested in your selected work-streams, along with their CVs and letters of motivation. We encourage you to review applicants based on potential and enthusiasm - the internships will provide the experience.

NOVEMBER

Finalise your hires and send offers

Communicate with all candidates and inform them on the outcome of their application. Mark all decisions on our ATS.

JANUARY

Welcome your new interns

Integrate them into the team, challenge them intellectually, and keep an eye out for future full-time hires. Each of your interns should be assigned a mentor in order to support them in maximising their experience.
