Michael Barrington-Hibbert
Michael is founder and global managing partner of Barrington Hibbert Associates based in London. After graduating from University of New York with a dual degree in Business and Strategic Leadership, Michael joined Morgan Stanley. His work has been widely acclaimed, most recently in the Financial Times EMPower Leaders List 2017.

CO-FOUNDER AND TRUSTEE
Wol Kolade
Wol is Managing Partner of private equity firm Livingbridge. He holds a number of non-executive positions including Somerset House and NHS Improvement. Wol is a former Chair of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and since 2017 he has been an Emeritus Governor of the London School of Economics.

CO-FOUNDER AND TRUSTEE
Dawid Konotey-Ahulu
Dawid is an entrepreneur who qualified as a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn in 1987, moving careers into investment banking in 1990. In 2006, he left Merrill Lynch and co-founded Redington (an investment consulting firm), and mallowstreet (an online platform for the pensions industry). He was named Black British Business Entrepreneur in 2018.

Jonathan Sorrell
Jonathan is President of Capstone, the global alternative asset manager. Previously, he held a variety of senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Man Group where he was President and CFO. He is a Patron of Amos Bursary and an Honorary Council Member of the NSPCC.

TRUSTEE
Stuart Breyer
Stuart is CEO of mallowstreet, the digital community and events platform for the UK institutional pensions industry. Following several years in finance in his native US, he moved to the UK to complete an MSc in Social Policy and Planning at the LSE in 2006 – and this interest in fusing the power of the commercial with the need to create positive social change is a major driver of his passion for the #10000BI initiative.

TRUSTEE
Faye Woodhead
Faye Woodhead is an experienced Talent & People executive with a working history in Financial Services and Fin tech growth environments. Faye comfortably leads HR transformations, M&A integrations, people & culture initiatives, and is a Future of Work advocate, thought leader and speaker. Faye currently leads the integrated Talent function at MSCI. DE&I has always been a core tenet of Faye’s work, and she is also the Co-Founder of the MSCI All Abilities Employee Resource Group.
